For this last video posting, I asked the student what she wanted to learn about. She said she wanted to learn about the ear. This was connected to her IEP goal on deaf culture or teaching her about the ear and something related to her. I tried finding the common core standard for this unit, but after 3 hours of searching I was successful. Below is the two youtube videos which equals out to 30 minutes. Then below are the observation forms and the lesson plan. Lastly, the bottom is the pre-post test answers, along with the ear project and the targeted vocabulary words.

ReplyDeleteUnless the classes have changed, you should be given more DHH Competencies (checklists and guidelines) in another class. When you work on a collaborative unit plan. There are several more out there than the one I gave you. Please let me now if you want to see others.
You may consider this assignment complete.
